Charlotte Jones has been an educator for over 26 years, serving as an elementary classroom teacher, middle school math instructor, elementary assistant principal, and principal. During Charlotte’s 10 years as principal, she led Madison Elementary to become a high achieving school while working closely with Dr. Mary John O’Hair, Dr. Jean Cate, and the K20 Center staff. Charlotte is currently Director of Mentoring and Leadership for the K20 Center.
